“My job is to treat all of my clients as though they were the only client I had. When you get to know them and you get to know their account, you know what their needs are. Because we’re aware of it, it’s easier to make our clients aware of it.”

“I speak two languages and I think that’s a very special opportunity to know people. You’ve never met them in person, but you consider them friends. We talk, laugh, and in the middle we do payroll. The payroll is part of our relationship.”

He feels the key to his personalized support is follow-through. “I always follow up and make sure everything has been taken care of. I don’t like to leave an issue unresolved. If I don’t have the answer, I always reach out to the correct person and come back with the answer.”
